The New England Journal of Medicine has a great website and video on the Primary Care Physician Crisis, and a round table on suggestions and possible solutions.

Just as much as broken systems need to fail, we need to begin to pick up the pieces and begin finding ways to reassemble them to build a system that we want, and that works.

Take some time to review this topic.  Whether you use the healthcare system today, undoubtedly you will in the future.  Think of your family members, and our elders.  This is all our problems.
